Introduction:
As a kind of traditional food, tofu has high protein content and a simple making process. But the beany flavour can’t be accepted by some people. Through the improvement of manufacturing process, chiba tofu have been made.
Instruction:
Stir-fry
1.Heat the wok. Pour in the oil and heat it until fairly hot, place the chiba tofu, which had blanched in cold water, into the oil about 30 seconds.
2.When the chiba tofu floats on the surface, remove it and drain oil. Leave a bit of oil in the same wok and heat up. Add in scallions, ginger and garlic.
3.Then add millet pepper and sliced green pepper, stir-fry with chiba tofu. Finally, put half teaspoon of spicy sauce, salt, sugar, chicken powder and ground pepper. Stir well and serve hot.
Hot-pot
1.Fill the hot pot pot with broth or stock and bring it to a boil.
2.Place chiba tofu in the broth to cook. The broth should be kept at a rolling boil, and chiba tofu should be cooked for a short period of time until they are floated on the surface.
3.Use a slotted spoon or chopsticks to remove the cooked ingredients from the broth and dip them in a sauce before eating.
